General Assembly Meeting Service
G.A. Meeting Service
The G.A. Meeting Service is the department of the Office of the General Assembly with primary responsibility for planning for the General Assembly meeting and some other OGA-related meetings.
The staff of the G.A. Meeting Service process and track the business related to the assembly (such as overtures, recommendations from entities, etc.); contract with the convention center, hotels, and other facilities; work with the Committee on the Office of the General Assembly to recommend the docket of the assembly; manage assembly registration, housing and ticket sales; manage the exhibit hall; and handle other logistics.
The G.A. Meeting Service also works with OGA committees and colleagues on arrangements and registration for other conferences and meetings.

About the logo designs for the 220th General Assembly (2012)….
A standard logo image and two alternate use images have been designed for the 220th General Assembly (2012) of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). The theme for the assembly is “Walking, running, soaring into hope.”
