A Message from the Stated Clerk
I am Gradye Parsons, Stated Clerk of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
I want to welcome you to the official website of the 220th General Assembly (2012). The theme this year is:
Walking, Running, Soaring in Hope
“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” (NIV) (Isaiah 40:31).
The assembly will be held in Pittsburgh, PA from June 30 until July 7th. Literally hundreds of Presbyterians from the Presbytery of Pittsburgh are already hard at work getting ready for the big event.

220th General Assembly committee leadership named
April 12, 2012
The moderators and vice moderators of the 20 committees for the 220th General Assembly (2012) of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) have been named. The leadership was chosen from the 688 commissioners to this year’s assembly, to be held June 30-July 7 in Pittsburgh, Pa.
