Register now for the upcoming Moderators’ Conference, November 15–17, 2018.

Registration fee is $275 for the opening reception, 4 meals, and programming.

Registration will close on Friday, October 12.

This is a great opportunity to connect with peers in similar positions and with GA223 Co-Moderators Cindy Kohlmann and Vilmarie Cintrón-Olivieri. Except for a visit to the Presbyterian Center, the conference will be held at The Brown Hotel, 335 W. Broadway in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Beginning with a reception (heavy hors d’oeuvres) on Thursday evening, November 15, it will feature information about parliamentary procedure and worship responsibilities among other relevant topics, worship with the Co-Moderators preaching, and a variety of workshops. The formal program concludes late Saturday afternoon, but we will announce entertainment and worship opportunities for those staying over until Sunday.

Presbytery and synod participants make their own hotel reservations at the Brown Hotel by booking on-line or calling the hotel’s reservation number at 1-888-888-5252 and specifying that you are attending the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Moderators’ Conference. The conference rate is $144.00 per night single/double plus tax (currently 16.07%). You must make your reservations by October 12, 2018 to ensure this rate.

Check with your presbytery/synod staff about the process for booking travel to Louisville, which is your mid-council’s expense.
