Designed specifically for administrative, ecclesiastical, and programmatic leaders of mid councils, the Polity, Benefits, and Mission Conference (PBMC) is planned by representatives from the Association of Mid Council Leaders, the Association of Stated Clerks, the Board of Pensions, the Office of General Assembly, and the Presbyterian Mission Agency. 

The registration fee for a primary attendee, which includes three nights in the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch (single occupancy), an opening reception, breaks, one breakfast, and two lunches, is $495. This rate is available for up to two persons per mid council—ideally the stated clerk and executive/general presbyter, but possibly persons in other roles at the discretion of the council. The mid councils are responsible for travel expenses and other meals.

Other participants are welcome at a rate not inclusive of hotel costs.

AMCL and ASC are providing grants, available on a first come, first served basis, for those with limited financial resources. Please submit the grant application to SanDawna Gaulman Ashley (AMCL) or Warren McNeill (ASC).
