Immigration Issues
Immigration Issues
“In Christ, by the power of the Spirit, God sends the Church into the world to share the Gospel of God’s redemption of all things and people.” -- F-1.0302, Book of Order
The Office of Immigration Issues helps the church in the U.S. respond to the movement of all God’s people. Initially established by action of the 216th General Assembly (2004), the office provides advice and counsel to mid councils and congregations with immigration issues and resources members can use to advocate for more just immigration laws and processes.
